RAmenVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service — including servers, transport protocols, and related network infrastructure — designed to protect your privacy and help you access the internet securely. Features and availability may change over time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share, rent, resell, or transfer your account or subscription to others.

Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) send spam or unsolicited messages; (c) launch network attacks, port scans, or distribute malware; (d) infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; (e) resell or commercially redistribute the Service without authorization; or (f) reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and data quotas are shown at checkout and may be updated from time to time; changes apply to future purchases.

Your subscription activates once payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store your card or banking details.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If the Service is entirely unusable due to a fault on our side, contact support and we will review your case.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the RAmenVPN apps for personal, non-commercial use.

All trademarks, logos, software, and content remain the property of RAmenVPN or its licensors. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific speeds, or error-free performance; actual network performance varies with your location and conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAmenVPN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
